So, he using wi-fi for PC and from PC to PS3 he using cable. Sad and i think it's on wi-fi on PS3 too. He is making great video tutorials, sad it's not in english.
 
One question, what is with your Debug Mode? Is that possible to bring it on a PS3 with OFW too?
Next Problem, if I start a pkg App, I become an error message 80070017, what can it be?
I have flash this today first and I don't know what there is.
 
Hello guys, im kinda desperate for help at this momento, as ive had everything else running so far except that i cant install files bigger than 4gb. I did everything as explained and it never worked, going as far as to try the "use lan" fix and many other things people have said fixed it, until i noticed that whenever i start the program the apache server closes instantly after it starts, it's practically a blink and you'll miss it kind of thing and apparently i had been missing it.

I found out that happens pretty much any time i use /cmd, i tried using ipconfig to check and it also closes instantly, i read online that adding "/k" when running things on cmd would keep it open, and it did, but i have no idea how to do the same for the apache server, or if it even is posible.

I seriously would be enormously grateful for anyone's hel in this, since i had never even used a server in the first place, so this is going way over my head right now, im getting kind of frustrated as i cant fix it on my own.

I cant help with that one, maybe @pink1 can.

You could try install xampp (its free) , and then hit the top start button

then put your packages and the exe in the c:\xampp\htdocs folder, then run this apps exe again but say NO to using built in server, and install the generated package_list.pkg manually on your ps3 via usb (after enabling HAN). Reboot and enable HAN again, and try download/install a big package
 
You can try going into bin\ApacheHTTPD_PHP_Portable and running ApacheHTTPD_PHP_Portable.exe.
 
thanks a lot for the quick response, I had never tried anything with ps3 before so this gets a bit complicated at times, I'll try using xampp later in the night since I already told dad that I'd let him use the pc, since I've been hogging it all day trying to sort this, I'll try it out after he's done using it and report the results

Yes, see the first post about setting that up, trouble shooting tab.

If you have no internet you will of course have to run HAN locally, so you probably already have a webserver set up.

That is more related to a Xploit 3.0 thread than this, this is a method for loading pkgs , nothing more.

I dont think there is a way without act.dat sorry.

Ok, is the server CMD window staying open like in the video? Can you access the files via the ps3 web browser? have you tried changing port (in app and server)? Have you tried another server?

the cmd stay on the screen like the video, no, how i do it?, yeah the 1º method with xampp and the xml in the USB
