can't manage to fix error 80023300 while trying to install demon's souls

for the game packgge i have about +300 games for OFW i convert Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 NPEB002252 to pkg but after that it say 8001006 because after the install of pkg the LIC.EDAT doesn't install whats the matter with that ?

Guys, your problems installing packages you've made have nothing to do with this tool, this tools purpose along with the 4GB+ downloading method is just that, a downloading method, if your pkgs don't install or run it is because of signing issues, license issues, or other issues, this does not claim to help or patch any of that stuff and it is unrelated.

Clarification:
Apps relying on rap files, it's package is recommended to resign with my tool.
For resigning edats in the pkg and ps2 enc
Then debug pkg enabler isn't needed

no, its duplicated keys, you have added the 2 lines in 2 places, you cant have keys the same.

also you have used both package_link AND custom_pkg.

assuming I'm on notepad ++ what keys are duplicated?

Just use HAN files, its built in now.

But to answer your question: there was meant to be 2 lines added for this, but somehow they ended up adding 4 lines, so ALL the added keys were duplicated.

It is better to use official HAN for change category_game.xml and some plugins and wait PKG Linker)))
