I have a few more consoles with bad lasers and decided to revive them.
First I tried scph-7700X and scph-9000X they calibrated without a problem and now they read any discs.
Then I tried 2 scph-7500X consoles (GH-035 and GH-037) and both give the following error after the "INIT SKEW" command
0ca50005 DVD-SL ADJUSTMENT (FIX GAIN) - Rx-command error: 122
I also tried Automatic ELECT adjustment
Open lid, insert test CD, close lid and press ENTER
8. 0c9700 CD DETECT ADJUSTMENT - Rx-command error: 1
It spins the disc, but the laser does not light up (and the lasers work without TestMode and even read discs)
One of the consoles is this one, if it matters.
