Try this one out, I followed @M4j0r 's instruction.

MD5 : 3709eb563562056677f45a9ebd4a9416
4.81 DEX converted for AV Tool

The values in the table haven't been confirmed, that's why all of them have been marked with "?" :D
But one of them should work - 0x8002F2E4 is the "the VSH Target doesn't match" error.

Edit:
I did do this to one DECHS unit, but instead of modifying the PUP, I changed the flag in the eeprom (easier than guessing the right value).

Same error :( The data is corrupted (MD5 check was fine on pendrive).
I'm uploading 5 more PUPs for you to test, and let me know which one works. I'll let you know when it's done uploading.

@zecoxao did something similar to a DTCP-IP unit and none of them worked for him by using this flag file.

Alright I'm not too hopeful on this but try them out and let me know which one works. So far we only tested the one with flag 4 which failed. and I made 0,1,3,5,6

Thank you very much, i'll download them and give it a try right now, it's probably gonna take a while

I have one of these units on 4.75, is there any documentation to help me dump the firmware from this system for others to use?

i'm kinda curious as to why noone dumped the coreos on these units, as it provides valuable information for AV firmwares (having only two pups of this and nothing else kinda sucks)

Okay I dug mine out of storage but it's quite strange, mine is on FW 2.60 so I'm guessing I'll have to use a hardware flasher on it to dump the NAND?
It's strange though, the debug menu is there but it only lists 3 options, Region Settings, HDCP, and Release Check Mode.
Even more strange is that BDs don't seem to work on it, they show up and are clearly being read properly, but when I launch them they just show a black screen even though I can hear the discs reading and the BD controls still work.
Games also do not appear on the XBM and there are no other options like save or game data folders under that category, same goes for network, playstation network, friends, music, and photos.
There is however a folder for BD movie data which appears to contain some data for the vampire diaries season 3 meaning I'm guessing this did have some professional use when mastering that BDROM
