PS2 please help me dump ps2 50010 Mechacon ROM with MechaDump

Hi ALL!

I am looking for mechadump.elf or the values for:

MECHA_PATCH_KEY=0483955E8BCAxxxx
GLOBAL_FLAGS_KEY=308867D1949Exxxx

to build mechadump.elf
Everything that I found this:
