PS3HEN PLEASE help with My PS3 fat Cech j02

I plugged in a PS3 I was given it worked fine then I held power button to switch to Av instead of HDMI it powered on and display come up to set time

I then switched it off now when I go to turn on it turns on then back off then red power light goes dark?

Cech j02 model
It's on hen 3.0.3 and hfw 4.88 I never connected to internet either so it ain't been updated but it won't power on now can't even hear HDD boot and does the same with HDD removed

It's only doing it since I switched to av and switching back to HDMI in its current state is not possible with these issues

ive pulled it apart everything looks alright but I press power it beeps 1 time and then red light goes off till I unplug it and then it does the same thing

Could no CMOS battery cause it?
Although it worked without it before I got it

Ot rather sounds like a dead power supply to me.

If you can't turn it on it's time to perform the syscon diagnostic.

After u rule out the power supply, @ElGris is right time for syscon diagnostic. There is a whole thread on how to do this on this very site .
