Same problem here, it seems that the program has this problem of only working with an internet connection, without it the program always crashes, probably a BUG.I think this question might be a bit silly but... Is there a way to use the program offline?. I can only use it online, if I go offline I can't convert my EBOOTs and the program crashes.
It allows you to swap the disc at any time regardless of the game prompting you to or not.Does anyone know what the Enable swap-disc setting does in the latest pop-fe?
When creating a pkg of metal gear solid with or without the setting enabled i can still swap the disc by pressing the PS button.

IF you are on windows Its possible your virus scanner or protection is removing files from it maybe, due to the way he converts python into .exe on windows it causes a lot of virus scanners to falsely detect it as something bad, this is assuming you are also downloading the "release" files, IF you are trying to build from source then yes the readme is outdated and really does need to be updated. If you are getting .cu2 problems i would first check the cu2 .exe is there (again assuming windows, if you are on linux then it wont be .exe) and just run it on its own and make sure it has no issues.did anyone else encounter a ton of errors while trying to use this app? because at first i just had errors for missing components i needed to download so i downloaded everything and it started to work but when i want to finally make the PKG i just keep getting an error, from what i understand its having problems generate the .cu2 file which in turn gives even more errors because the code cant find it.
please does anyone know of a fix, I've been trying to use this program for around 3 hours now

the python error is due to official python 3.9 not having windows 7 support, you need to downloadSo I just downloaded the latest version and I'm getting missing .dll errors, it also said something about "failed to load python39.dll", I'm on win7, it was working before with whatever older version I was using, damn should've made a backup. I've already tried other early versions and it's giving me the same errors now for who knows why, any help?
My two cents are in this post. I was able to run a newer python app on win 7 successfully including pop-feSo I just downloaded the latest version and I'm getting missing .dll errors, it also said something about "failed to load python39.dll", I'm on win7, it was working before with whatever older version I was using, damn should've made a backup.
