PS2 Problem installing FCMB on my PS2 slim

I have a problem with reading the disc that has freeDVDboot; it always shows up as a PlayStation 2 disc (blue icon) instead of a DVD (gold icon). When i click the blue DVD icon it goes black and returns back to the main screen. I've tried reburning at different speeds, using different DVDs (DVD-R and DVD+R). I used ''All PS2 Slims -English language'' exploit. According to the chart, my console should be able to install FMCB. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

You don't have any problem with installing FMCB because you not only did not yet run the FMCB Installer but uLE from that exploit called Free DVD Boot.
