Project RSX Boost: Boost your Retail PS3 RSX Speeds
.
The goal of the project is simple, overclock RSX to achieve some fps boost in games and vsh while maintaining stability in the operating system and games themselves.
Currently it comes in two bundles (credits to @M4j0r for the modified lv1.selfs) (update: Added in CFW's):
- Core Speed of 550 Mhz
- Core Speed of 600 Mhz.
The bundles (attached below) are a modified version of Evilnat 4.88.1 CFW lv1 (the regular version). The boosts can be achieved through lv1 poke as well, but you have to restart lv1 in order for them to succeed.
Perhaps Joonie can make some CFWs? or @haxxxen can integrate it on his ps3mfw? (update: patches have been added to CFW)
DECR Models Only
Notes:LV1 RSX Speeds DECR
Core Normally Runs at 500 or 550 and Memory at 650
