As said, mine sits at a happy 900/950, although I've yet to try the 1000s. I'm not sure if it'll do it despite being a GGB, and whether a voltage bump thru the SYSCON will help.

I'm also waiting on a B00 to check whether it's a Sony Frankie, and if it is, skyrocket it is. Especially if it uses the same 5301 RSX from the 3000 series. I just bought a bunch of sassy SSDs (Kingston A400 and two Samsung 870 EVO... my wallet almost cried at their sight lol) and I'm waiting for the B00 so I can span the two 870s across two of my units. It's gonna be a toss up between the signature's A01, the 750GB C03 and the B00.

I didn't even know it was out on PS3. Risen 3: Titan Lords? which specific area? Do you see artifacts or crash? how does it exhibit? is it ram sensitive or gpu sensitive?

all these models are 2500. Poland. 2 of them work with 900/1000. third one at the moment has 900/975, I'm testing it at the moment. I'll try 950/1000 later.

that's pretty nice to have, non-usa models always seems to handle higher overclocked numbers

I wish I know were to get one of them lol.

Could get my hands on a 40nm this weekend. Chip was scaling very good so i ended up pretty quick with 900/950. seems a little weaker on vram than my 2004 but core was going crazy.

No, the thing is, the latest 2501Bs manufactured in December and January are the ones that OC to 850/950 up to 950/1000. I have 10 of them. All do 850 and 900 core and 975 to 1000 memory. All I had to do was find January 2011 and it always did 900 core.

I knew I shouldn't have pressed my luck.. 750/850 was perfectly stable, pushed it to 800/850, hangs at boot :( no hardware flasher and I don't have any money invested in this to care enough to screw with it further, but it's a shame I've wrecked it. Let this be another lesson of play stupid games, win stupid prizes, don't press your luck, escpecially with no recovery option hand.
 
I was actually able to recover it, but don't press your luck people. Was hopping to get closer to a solid 60 fps in GT6 in cockpit view.

nah, im still waiting for my solderballs being shipped from china. this is probably taking 2-3 weeks. Hope the Mainboard survived, i saw the rsx spilling some solder out even though i didnt rush the temperatures. got a decent preheat time for 3 hours @ 120C. Mainboard looks fine so far, no delamination and no popping sounds. now i just have to harvest a good rsx. think my mistake was having the IHS on while applying hot air. So all the heat has to be transfered through the ramchips what causes them to spill solder... since now i tried to avoid delidding because im a little bit fearful damaging the substrate. i ordered 0.4mm cut wire to see if i can use this to delid without damaging anything.
next problem im facing is to clean the bga from old solder. i tried it using desoldering braid but couldnt get everything off, there are still some remains. i guess this is due to my soldering tip is to small so the braid and the bga is instantly sucking all the heat out of it.
actually im looking for these big 21mm tips that look like a shovel or whatever its called but i cant find a tip like that on ebay etc.
maybe u guys can tell me where to get one of these?

I have a bad feeling. PS3s are pretty sensitive. But hope this goes well. Where are you trying to get a RSx from?
