PS3HEN PS2 Classics Manager black screen

i have a hen ps3 cech 4014b, i wanted to play ps2 games but when i open classics manager it just enters a black screen and i have to reboot my ps3, does anyone know what's causing this?

I reinstalled PS2 Classics Manager because of the "An Unexpected error happened while copying files" error screen which happens on every single PS2 Game, and now there's a pitch black menu with nothing but letters which are from the program, although the rest of the app works except that I can't now play PS2 games because when I access the PS2 Classics Placeholder, an error screen appears saying that the "Save Data was corrupted( 0x80028f24) and then I gotta press circle to exit out of this screen in which doesn't work sometimes. Now I can't play PS2 games because of this. I'm desperate, like Sonic.
