PS2 PS2 doesnt give display after turning off

So i bought an SCPH-30004 PS2 (i have an PS2 SCPH-75004) and it works perfectly. It has a clone of matrix infinity (matrix 1.99). Sometimes chip doesnt get activated but that doesnt bother me. The thing makes sense that after i play my PS2 and turn off, if i dont wait like 10 minutes it will give no display. The only 2 solution i found that, i need to wait 10-15 minutes after turning off or un plug the power cord. How can i fix this?

Again and again. The same thing that i experienced on my slim PS2. The reason was the modchip! In my slim PS2 i had issues with DVD drive and FMCB because of modchip, this time display issues. I opened the console and saw it is very very poorly made. Anyways, it works perfectly now.
