PS3HEN PS2 games don't work on my PS3 (HEN)

(It works all games, but not PS2 games (Runs PS1 and PS3 games).
My PS3 used to run PS2 games until someday it suddenly begins to freeze whenever i try to play a PS2 game. I've tried to format the SSD already and many other things and it didn't help.
It's also with a strange problem which i believe have some relation with the PS2 problem: it takes too long to start up most of the times.
I know it's a hardware problem but someone have an idea of what i can do in the software to try solve this problem?

What model of PS3 and what version of HEN?

I haven't used HEN on a PS3 since 4.85 but is it possible for you to have Cobra Mode enabled?

Other than that, I know there was some PS2 software data within the PS store but again, last time I viewed that file had to be 3 or 4 years ago

It's a PS3 Super Slim, can't specify the model now but i'm using 4.90.1 HFW with HEN. I don't think HEN has this CFW feature "Cobra" but i will try to do something with it later.
I think you're talking about the PS2 Config thing that have all the game configs for you to replace in the game's folder and fix some problems, but it only solves particular problems.
