I need some help with my PS2. The discs aren't spinning (both CDs and DVDs). I've replaced the laser (I have removed the solder blob) and the spindle but that hasn't done anything. I've also been trying to fidget with the pots but no luck yet. Everything seems to be fine, the laser can move up and down and turns on for a second but nothing after that.
