PS2 PS2 Unknown ModChip

Hey guys. I bought a PS2 Slim 70004. On the case it says it is 75004 ). I have a problem with FMCB, OPL and so on because sometimes they dont run. I tried to check if it is hardmodded and it is, but i can't identify what modchip it is and how to use/enable/disable it. If you guys could help me I would be very happy.

It is a Mars Matrix clone chip.

So while it is a clone I can not say if all features are properly implemented. Hold the start button upon powering the system in till it says modchip disabled. You can also try holding O & triangle upon boot to see if you can access to Infinity menu.

I don't know how i can use this modchip. I tried every key combination but nothing happens.

Do you think i should remove the modchip and stick with FMCB ? Because I don't know how to control the modchip )

Ik this is a dead topic, but looking at it I think its an Apollo-7 clone, which is a slim line modchip, so it checks out. Based on its description, its a good chip, but i unfortunately have no idea how to use it, it being a clone might also mean it has some features removed or bugged.

It is a Mars Matrix clone chip.

Wrong. Mars Pro is a clone based on the DMS4 SE and not the Infinity (Modbo) clone chips. You cannot save the configuration with this chip or upgrade the firmware.
