PS3 4k Pro almost bricked my console

Hello everyone,

I followed the guide on how to install ps3 4k pro but it kept failing. Now I've just finally finished reinstalling firmware after it nearly bricked me! I'm on a ps3 slim running drex 4.84 rebug.

If it is keep failing you aren't following the instructions for Rebug firmwares (anyways in the nex version this step won't be requered)

And you can't brick a console doing things like this

I followed all instructions but it still gave me the error "Not enough space". After I went back to the xmb all my icons were blank. I've seen multiple people with this same issue and it looks like it mainly happens on slim models. I'll give it a go on my hen super slim because I really want it to work.

I even tried to restore the backup but even that failed! Such a shame.

You're problem is fine but mine worst I got system storage corruption and when I tried to do file system restore it goes to 100 and then freezes and when I tried to turn it off it won't let me the only way is to unplug the thing ...and now it will tell me that over and over again and also does rebuild database fix the system storage corrupted thing or restore default settings also

And also if I do restore file system in safe mode it will just be stuck on the screen I even waited hours and still keeps going
