I recently purchased a cechc03 bc fat ps3 with no controllers. Then purchased one listed as faulty with two controllers for the controllers upon receiving the faulty one I noticed it had YLOD and now I've fallen deep down the rabbit hole. Upon opening up the one with yellow light of death I've noticed a leaking cmos. Would this cause a YLOD? (Know I'm being hopeful as hell) but it's corroded down to the port in motherboard. Will attach picture. managed to get error log off the working one with main codes being;

once I hook up a syscon reader to the YLOD one I'll update this thread with more info
