Hi guys! im following the syscon uart guide (not my first time) on my CECHA00. whenever i try to do EEP SET 3961 01 00 i get back E00000A0 which means the command failed.
background: the reason im doing this is because after taking it out of storage, my ps3 wasent turning on (no red light).
i saw that the 5v->3.3v near power button board connector was giving wierd voltages so i changed it (not same chip but gives 3.3v to the cap just like og chip) and i was able to turn on console once. while on the fan was ramping up to 100% and when i tried to bootup a ps2 game after ps2 logo i got black screen.
ever since, console flashing red (even after power off and unplug from power) sometimes it will turn on, ramp the fan to 100% and flash red with green light and give no signal.
already changed both 5v->3.3v ic's (one near power button board and one near syscon)
any help would be aprreciated!
