I don't know how to describe. I done plenty PS3's already never had that issue. I connected it via UART in External mode, made it internal, evberythign worked I logged in internally made the csum fix wanted to turn back on but now it does not beep anymore like when csum is fixed but now when I flip the power switch it takes 5 seconds to bring up a red flashing light but without beeps, now I can not communicate with CXRF anymore but when I go external it connects. but see your self with ma CMD log, I don't get what I did wrong.

Now PS3 does not boot anymore and I can't get in internal mode via auth anymore only external works.
shut I revert it back to external, does this help and do again? never had an issue like that before I did dozensens of PS3's already I overlook something I guess.
EDIT: When I remove DIAG from the TTL adaptor ps3 beeps again but why like you see I fixed the checksum in internal mode, power off power on and then boom no mor beeps but flashing red wtf.

I did tryed out a bit, went back in external mode set 3961 01 FF again and vise verse did every thing the same again, no results it did the same, no beep red flashing.
I let the console sit for a while just thinking, just fliped the pwoer switch again. no beeps but no flashing red ps3 boots up again ..... WTF is happening I did nothing ....
It is a CECHG04 with one of the non sony PSU'S maybe it does not cut power straight through wenn killig power from it? maybe the syscon was not resetted completly? always when I pull the plug from the ps3 the psu makes coil wine for 20-30 seconds. strange.
but it is a awesome ps3 I bought a lot with 3 ps3'S all on very low 3.xx firmares barely used with less then 20 days on time. would be a shame when this would brake. thos very unit has only 17 days.
