PS3 Ps3 blinking red light

Today I went to turn on my ps3 Fat model and it wouldn't turn on, the light was blinking red. So I changed the ssd of my ps3 and it worked so I did the jailbreak process and installed the custom firmware CFW Evilnat 4.90 Cobra 8.4 [PEX] [CEX], after doing this I installed minecraft via ftp with Filezilla and opened the game but after 5 minutes of playing my ps3 turned off and the light blinked red again. So I swapped my ssd for an hdd because I was told the problem could be because of the ssd. I did everything again, installed the custom firmware and installed minecraft via ftp with Filezilla but the same thing happened, I played for 5 minutes and the ps3 just switched off with the light blinking red. This error has been happening to me since I replaced the original hdd in my ps3 with an ssd. When I had the original hdd this error didn't happen and I played some games including minecraft which I installed via ftp and ps2 games too. And this error has also occurred to me with ps2 games Can anyone help me?

I Know this is old but if you can give me more info on the problem I might have a solution. My fat had this issue to the extent where it wouldn't turn on at all. I googled and found that the CPU and GPU solder points were most likely broken and had to reflow them using a heat gun but that is the YLOD. The main issue for blinking red lights is the console was to hot and caused that damage, so if you open it up and try replacing the thermal pads and paste that would help the lifespan of the console, but also installing webman mod to ensure the fan would spin faster and at a lower temp. I'm not saying to blast the motherboard with a heat gun right off the bat, but cleaning the motherboard, fan, and heatsink while repadding and repasting might help solve the issue, if it continues and you get YLOD you could try reflowing the CPU and GPU like I did but it might not work. Unfortunatly I cant post links so search these in google.

Try repad and paste first with webman mod DO NOT reflow unless ABSOLUTLY necessary!

Edit: any normal thermal paste will work. I went to bestbuy and bought a mid grade one and it works great.
