PS3 cechh04 4.82 OFW

Hello, I updated my ps3 fat cechh04 to 4.82 OFW from internet with a disc in it and without using a usb flashdrive. Can I jailbreak the ps3 using ps3xploit anymore or not? I'm asking that because I read this after I did the update:

I suggest not using the built in firmware update option using the Internet, but downloading the 4.82 firmware and updating the system manually. Make sure to disconnect your PS3 from the Internet and take out any game discs before proceeding.

yes, that's in case sony releases a new firmware update which they haven't for a while. they may be like Nitendo and have just given up on the system (cough, cough, Wii U).
