PS3 CFW - Been a while. How to update CFW correctly and safely?

So, as my Thread Title says, I haven't messed with my PS3 in a while. I don't even remember what CFW it has. It's a Super Slim though. I have no idea what I'm doing at this point, so to be safe, how should I go about getting the latest CFW for the Super Slim, and how do I install/update it correctly? Thanks!

Hi there. If your model is indeed a super slim (CECH-4xxxx) then you will not be able to install CFW on it. Your best option to gain many but not all CFW features is to use PS3HEN. Again, CFW is not compatible with late slims and super slims. Hope this helps.

The PS3HEN releases & updates are available at **ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new) & some files can also be downloaded on github.com/PS3Xploit.
If you use other tools in relation to HEN, you may have to update them too but you are on your own there.
