I've been having this issue where my ps3 crashes and goes into file recovery mode or something like that (never finds anything corrupt) when closing games, specifically hotline miami 2 (pkg) and the witch and the hundred knight (usb) which closed normally when the game crashed. I wanted to know if i can fix this or if i can close the games in other ways
