(PS3) CFW Error System Cannot Run On This Firmware.

Hi, I recently bought a new ps3 and made it 4.82.4 <-(i believe) Rex Cobra 8.01 and set everything up running fine now when i play Bo2 after finishing a game my console resets and briefs me with the pop-up your system cannot run on this firmware blah blah blah... so what i did was i downgraded too 4.8.2 D-rex (Rebug Firmware didnt mention that earlier) and tried to play bo2 and reinstalled all my homebrew loaded my .Sprx menu without freeze fine and when i was playing TDM the game ended and my system Shutoff/Reboot and game me the same prompt (PS i can press the ps-button and it restarts fine and nothing goes bad until i finish a game)

Please help me with this. Ty :)

Just had this error with my 3001 turned out to be a bad HDD. See if swapping another out may help? Or it could be an issue with an incompatible plugin.

So just replace the Hard Drive??

couldnt i just wipe the hard drive or hard restore the system or something along those lines?
 
Just re-install the firmware, it's the mod menu your using causing issues, most likely too many mods running at once or some of the mods are causing an issue/instability with the functions within the game.

I have had a few like this, some menu's are unstable to use.
 
As he said try a firmware reinstall TWICE from recovery mode first. And if the HDD is bad wiping won't help but won't hurt to try that first. I do suggest doing it on your computer though the PlayStation doesn't really do quite as good of a job. And if all else fails at that point then try replacing it.
 
Ive went back too 3.55 ofw and reinstalled the firmware twice and i still get this occuring problem aswell before that ive formated the system.

(EDIT) ive tried in recovery mode and it says no applicable update data was found when its the same version its running and rebug QA toggle is Enabled

Ive talked to multiple OG's in the community that i know and they have no clue whats happening... neither do i
