I tried getting on PS3 Dev Wiki is it me or has the site gone as it's 404 file not found.

damn, I didn't realize. the last thing I read on psdevwiki was about ps4 packages and what certain files in them do.

alright, that works except the page can't be found at first each time unless you refresh. is that normal?

if you can update the server configuration, I can point wiki.psdev.tk to 51.15.111.28

that way any user could access it, even if they don't know how to modify host config or don't have permissions (like iOS, android, etc)

most likely, yes. I think someone forgot to renew ssl, but that's just a guess.
