Ps3 Downgrade help!!!

So I took my ps3 to college with me and I accidentally updated the CFW to 4.87. I didn't realize till after I updated it that my HEN is gone and ps3 won't connect to internet via wireless or wired bc of my university WiFi (I also tried connecting the Ethernet to my Mac and sharing the internet). I can't downgrade it to 4.86 since the package installer is also gone and I have no access to any type of WiFi. Is there any way I can download hen or downgrade my ps3 without any access to WiFi?

another member had this problem with his university. the best option might be a hotspot. that should allow you to access the internet. if hen is possible offline, try something like miniweb or xammp on the computer or kws on the phone.

I think my wii u tutorials show you how to use xampp. it's the same process with other systems like the ps4 or the ps3.

here is a guide to install hen offline. it is for 4.86 but it still works with 4.87 files. also here is a quick guide to kws android webserver.
