PS3 Fat 60GB HFW tools missing

Hello everyone, I have a 60GB PS3 Fat and after installing the HFW i receive very often a message that my system is becoming too hot and the fan goes crazy. Also I have read that in the settings area of the xmb should be something like Hybrid Firmware Settings but I can't find it. HFW and HEN is installed.
If I use multiMAN I can hear every couple of seconds how the fan is getting louder and louder before the message comes that I should turn my console off.

Your fan noise is caused by webMAN MOD setting your max temperature to 68 C normally you wouldn't hear noise because your console temperature could go up to 85 degrees while your fan's running low (it's default fan speed by SONY)

This is wrong, open webMAN GAMES and go to webMAN Setting to find your fan speed and set "SYSCON" to restore your PS3 fan speed back to normal which will make your PS3 30% hotter (it's trade off with quiet fan noise)

It's not a multiMAN issue.

Thank you for the clarification.
Should I ignore the warning when it comes up or is it okay to change the fan settings to Sony default?
I also have forgotten to mention that the green power light of the ps3 blinks red when this warning occurs and I am a little afraid that my console gets the yellow light of death.
And another question, it seems that when I am starting a ps2 game from disc from the xmb with the default emulator (PS3 60GB Fat) the system is not creating a memory card for the game and I am unable to save, is this normal?
@Galooko I am very new to all of this, are there any benefits in using a CFW like Rebug?
Isn't it safer to use the HFW in terms of a PSN ban?

@Joonie is the dev that makes REBUG CFW's.

CFW is for certain model PS3's CECH0A - CECH2500 (upto datecode 1A), HEN is for non-CFW compastible model PS3s CECH2500 (after datecode 1A) - CECH4000.

Could be testing things out for HEN and thats why he's using HEN.

Maybe this is why... why does this matter? Maybe he has more than 1 PS3....

I have 4 PS3's> 2x CECH2003A's w/ REBUG CFW , 1x DECH4000 w/ DEX 4.84 DEBUG OFW and 1x CECH4003A w/ 4.82 OFW<Need to put HEN on it still.

There could be many reasons lol.

For odd reasons ppl use HEN over CFWs maybe they are afraid of downgrade..
