PS3 PS3 Fat High tempered CPU in idle mode

Hi
i have been bought a second hand PS3 fat. this console need just a minute (even less) to goes from 50C to 86C!!!!!!!
fan work so slowly at first (barely can hear it) until it reach "85C" and then fan work with highest speed!
I check temperature through multiMan. the CRX temp is fine (i think) and in idle time it stay at 54C while the CPU unit goes to 86C and stay there.
I opened up and change thermal paste (for twice) and clean it. No result at all.
any solution?

if you have already changed thermal paste on top of the lhs then maybe try the eraser mod.

this mod is for the cpu only, you mentioned the rsx chip is fine so this mod might actually work for you.
