PS3 PS3 FAT shutdown while gaming after CFW

Hi, i have recently acquired a CECHL00 model from Japan for 30 bucks, this console was never opened and it has 156 days of usage.
I did try this console after it arrived, and it played just fine Resistance 3 for about an hour, no fan noise or anything else.
So, finally i had some time to open it up and clean (it was SUPER dusty, and the thermal paste was basically gone).
After this little repair, i have installed Evilnat 4.89 CFW , and temperatures were fine in XMB but kinda bad in games, but under control (68c maximum at 50% , but RSX seems to need a delid because it tends to drive the fan crazy) thanks to WebMan.
But after a little while, every game crashes the system with a triple-beep and i have to restart the console , and when i do that the FAN spins at maximum for at least 5 seconds before being regulated again...
I even had crashed in the menu of MGS3 HD, a very light game.
Its not temperature related, and i might think of bad NEC/TOKIN but why did it play Resistance 3 before then?
Can it be the dynamic fan control overlay ? Or maybe the FPS overlay ?
The console was meant to be used as BluRay player for another room, and it does that just fine, i'm curious about this issue though...

I have logged the errors :

If anyone can help me out, thanks!
Also , i have several photos of the motherboard in case needed i will upload a bunch.

The CECHA is the bastard child of the PS3 family. Known to cause issues that have never been fixed. It is the only system to use PATA over SATA. The VTRM causes RLOD and there are even a few programs that do not work on only the CECHL models and early run CECHP models. I hope you figure the issue out. I got one back in the day to do testing for a DEV. Needless to say we both have up and I gave it away.

Yeah, i am using this console for some blu-ray playback now, but games ? Seems like it has the usual NEC/TOKIN issue with power, thermals are alright, but i won't spend a dime on this console anymore :D

Yeah not worth your time unless it is the only system you have even then they are a pain to deal with.

I have other PS3s around thankfully working :D

I am hoping my two last forever now. Had someone upgrade the chips from 90nm to 40nm in both. Delid professionally, NEC Tokin caps replaced, 40gb model PSU as well. My temps on my 60/20gb models is on par with a PS3 slim. But I have a few hundred dollars invested outside of console purchase.

I envy you, where i live there isn't anyone capable of doing the Tokin replacement :(

Well I did one of my systems myself. It isn't to bad just need a heat gun & a solder sucker. They came up very easily then just use a good flux pen & the solder sticks easily. I am in no way shape or form a hardware modder. Done a few XenoGC, 4 wire DC, oXB & PS1 chips but that is the extent of my abilities. The NEC caps were pretty easy especially for a movie like myself. Grab an old board out of something to hone your skills. I used an old alarm clock.

CECHL with Webman will turn the fan at max speed when you restart it , unless you power cycle it from the back .
Bringup Count: 1823, Shutdown Count: 1807.. the difference of 16 will be forced restarts . So, this console didn't have this problem until now. Worst case scenario is that you damaged the board when removing it . You can see if it's software related if you install OFW and test some discs.

Hi, sorry for the VERY late reply, but i wasn't at home for the entire month or so, now i have managed to give it a few more tries.
So, i have EVILNAT 4.89 installed just fine, and i have noticed console shutdown even in some games' menus, like MGS HD collection.
But as soon as i turned off every single fan control from EVILNAT, thus going back to sys-con (and temps as high as 80c), i have managed to play heavy games like Resistance 3 or Killzone 3 for hours without shutdown, what is going on ?
I have no clue, the model is CECH-H01 , and i know this is a very buggy revision of the PS3 PHAT, but when opening the console up for cleaning and replacing the paste, i did try to be very careful and gentle, the only issue i had was with the aluminum cooler , because in this model it's very cheap and hard to put it back correctly, but after some time it did go back in place just fine.
What i really did, was remove a LOT of dust and re-apply the paste with some Arctic MX-4.
Now, i will go and test MGS HD collection again, but just to give an example, my other CECH-B01 that its being used for PS2 games, will shutoff during Killzone 3 after just 10 minutes, while here the games works for hours, except when using the COBRA dynamic-fan mode, or the webMan fan (i had to uninstall webman too).

Try the fan payload from Irisman then the fixed mode from Webman.
Ok, i'll try just that if MGS HD collection doesn't turn off the console (meaning that the issue was indeed something software cfw related).

Oi, big update.
Turns out, the issue was either the HDMI cable or the TV HDMI port, i have notice some white "dots" when the console was playng in 720p or lower with games, and eventually the shutdown became weird, like the console was shutting off in menus not even in-game..
So, i decided to move the console next to my PC 2K monitor, and it worked , now the console has no dots and plays just fine for hours , including MGS HD Collection, how to hell was i supposed to know this? I was about to put the console away...

Ah, nevermind, i don't really know whats up anymore with this console, i'm getting the HDMI error code again, and shutdown in game-menus, i dont think its tokin because the console did work for hours on gaming with the last of us, very very weird.
