PS3HEN PS3 freezing need help please

PS3 keeps freezing it's hfw 4.89.1 hen 3.1.1 when I play a game it freezes about 30 seconds in it's not over heating or anything what are some possible causes and solutions I'm playing digital games but disc freezes to
 
I've rebuilt database
And - restored system file
- re installed firmware
- replaced hard drive
It's still freezing when I go to play games it's not over heating either
 
PS3 system file says corrupt I restore it and PS3 works fine I thought I'd do it a second time and it says it's corrupt again. Weird thing is the PS3 works normally beside freezing games

So it's corrupt system file but I can't seem to fix it with any solutions I listed above

How can it be corrupt but still work beside freezing games. It's practically useless to me until it's fixed
 
I just put a 500gb into it. I copied some games like dead island riptide 2gb in size it works fine so does GTA San Andreas now if I install any game over like 3gb it just freezes like far cry 2 works great till I get a loading screen and PS3 needs to be turned off. I think it maybe a Motherboard issue

Do you have webmanMOD? if yes, you put the fan control on manual? On Hen the automatic fan control can cause freeze.

yes it's on manual and it done it before I installed webman mod the PS3 in safe mode restore file says it's corrupt but it ain't fixing itself I'm also on hfw 4.89.1 and hen 3.1.1

It restores system file and goes to %100 then reboots and xmb menu works fine.

I then went to safe mode to repeat the process and it says again system file is corrupt and asks me to restore it again

I've tried everything from new hard drive to rebuild database and reinstall firmware and hen several times I've tried formatting it and still not fixed. It runs low end games like GTA San Andreas though but black ops and GTA v and others as demanding don't work they freeze it's because system file corruption that I can't fix with the normal steps

Temp on CPU and rsx never go over 65 so it's not a heating issue either

You did swapping the HDD drives but having similar issues? Try with freshly new HDD disks and install games with bigger files eg. from the disc or from PSN services including updates if available.
 
Does the freezing occurs on OFW too, or is it just in HFW HEN?. Because, if it does the same on OFW with game discs, then it's a hardware issue (could be the motherboard, the power supply, the HDD connector, etc.).

I don't know if webMAN MOD has a log feature. I know Cobra/Mamba does but I'm not sure for HEN (never used it).

Try using HEN before 3.1.1
