PS3 game folder not working

I recently installed PS3hen and multi man a friend of mine gave me his game folder of god of war 3 . I copied the contents to external hard disk and used multi man. It showed the game and I pressed X and It threw me out to XMB and game was loaded but when I tried the game it just gave black screen and came out. Multi man did not show any updates so I updated through XMB but still it isn't working. What should I do

You should actually purchase the game then you wouldn't have a license problem when trying to play it. God of War is known for being difficult to pirate. This is the only verbal warning you will get. Read our rules before posting again.
