No, the subject is not ferrox, the subject is not a link to the ps3 tool collection yes I have the ps3 toolbox but I wonder how other users can access
 
is the link not working or something? I have it if it's not, but I don't want to upload a link if it's working and take away from psx place. I will provide a link if it's down though. I keep the install files for everything installed on my pc, so I can install everything easily on another pc once I buy a new one in a few years:

I don't see what's the problem... I already told him that I removed the content from my site years ago.
Also provided the link where it can be downloaded (the link is also in my signature) and he still is asking to download it.
 
dunno. I didn't read the whole thread, just the last couple posts. at first, I thought he was talking about ferrox 4.66, because he mentions it somewhere.
 
link works fine for me, but I'm on the pc. I don't use tapatalk on my phone, and signatures don't appear for me in normal chrome, so I can't check it there.
 
that's just the version number. I'm not sure if it was to coincide with the latest ofw out at the time, but all tools work just fine even with the latest.
 
just open the update tool, plug in your firmware version, then scan your games' directory or type in a title id. it's unlikely any game is going to get an update today. they no longer manufacture ps3s, since 2017, and that was Japan only I believe.

The only way I know is downloading all updates (using wget) and checking timestamp of the newest one. But it's not accurate, because if someone changed something on server, maybe the timestamp also changed. I have downloaded almost all updates, and the newest one is NPUB31877 modified "2020-11-04 09:34:17.000-0200" (NPEB02471 has the same date, but 08:50:37.000-0200). Both title ids refer to "Shakedown: Hawaii™" game.

Edit.: After searching about this title, I discovered it was released very late to PS3, on 2020-08-20, so I think this is the latest released PS3 game and, the modified dates of the updates should be right:
