I hope someone can help.
I have a PS3 Fat 60gb cech04 that has 4.89 cfw
I didnt want to lose anything on the original 60gb drive which plays games and works perfectly with the cfw.
So i thought i would just take it out for safe keeping with all the games and everything that works out.
I then put a new in the packet ssd in, rebuilt it ect and redownloaded all my pkg games. on the new ssd ps3 games work but ps2 games dont. Also for some reason it thinks th bd drive is not connected. So when trying the run a ps2 pkg it goes dark and then beeps red. However playing ps2 isos with multiman works.
If i put the old 60gb hdd back in it again runs ps2 pkg files no problem.
I tried rebuilding the ssd using the ps3 system settings but no luck. I would ideally like to use the ssd as it has more space.
