PS3 PS3 MultiEmu Downloader - All in One OFW Emulator

So, install of game failed, so you enabled debug and install was fine??
Yes, that's right, with the included HAN Enable the game is not installed in any way, and like me a lot, but with the included debugging, it is installed, but does not start, issuing an error about which was said earlier, and when installing with HAN enabled Enable gives an error 80029567

OK, my bad. I'm following so many threads I forgot which one I was replying to.

If the emulator pkg is not installing, then there is a problem with the way you made it.
Enabling debug will not magically fix the pkg.
I wrote above how I created it, the second day I sit and try to start, where is the error? In what the error can be?

Right, let's get a good base to work from...

What are you starting with? The zip file?
And are you making your iso image with cdgenps2?

This means that's you doing something wrong because it should install with han enabled
1. Download SNES
2. Download PS3Tools
3. Unpack the downloaded SNES utility UltraISO into a folder for example (SNES)
4. In the ROM folder we throw games
5. Open UltraISO and drop the unpacked SNES with UltraISO games
6. File - Save as - ISO (call it what you want)
7. Installing PS3Tools
8. Start PS3Tools, go to the tab "Conversion Tools"
9. Go to the PS2 Classic GUI tab
10. Click on the "Encrypt" tab
11. Click on the black daddy (Open Image) and select our created ISO
12. Click "Encrypt"
13. On the exhaust will be the ISO.BIN.ENC.BIN.ENC file (I rename it to ISO.BIN.ENC)
14. Click in the window of the utility "MAKE PKG"
15. Adjust pictures and stuff
16. Click "Make PKG"
17. Received PKG we throw in Rifgen a folder with the utility
18. Go to PS3Tools / tools / scetool / RAPS and take the file 2P0001-PS2U10000_00-0000111122223333.rap and copy it to Rifgen / raps
19. Start the signature PKG (click on the "resign_all" batch file and press ENTER
20. On the exhaust we get the RIF file which will need to be poured on the PS3

But you just said you used ultraiso....

I tried ultraiso, winiso and poweriso
ALL three failed for me.
Then I tried ps2cdgen, and that worked great for me...
Maybe try again with ps2cdgen

Also what @kozarovv said. Did you select yes to Ligm

Also here is good point, ultra iso add it own header in place where ps3 search for CD001 string. So it break games/iso for ps2classic.
