PS3 PS3 not loading XMB and going into recovery mode

i just installed hfw 4.91 and hen 3.3.0 without any problem. then i clicked update hen toolbox and now when i run my ps3 i see xmb screen for like 5 seconds and it going into recovery mode immediately, even if i click nothing. recovery mode says connect your controller via cable. then asks for 4.91 update files, i plugged in my usb which has 4.91 pup file but system isnt seeing it.

now what can i do? anyone have any suggestions?
 
Try replacing your harddrive. You will be asked to install a firmware higher than you currently have. I would recommend installing official firmware first and providing all is well, then installing HFW.
