PS3 PS3 problem

Hey everyone, i have problem with my PS3 light green and no video and no audio and controller don't connect and don't charging, safe mode doesn't work.
Pls someone help me with this problem.

What firmware do you have installed?

When did this began?

I am having almost this issue. Intermitently i have black screen on boot, recovery does not work. But randomly it will boot normally and even play games....

I have CFW 4.89.3 evilant
I don't remember when that Start. but what do you mean when you said randomly it will boot normally and even play games.
How the game play when you can't connect the controller and you have black screen.
Note: when i turn on the PS3 they show up black screen
