PS3 Slim beeps 4 times when switching on

My Ps3 slim was 2 months in the box. When I turn on the ps3 through DualShock 3, Starts with 4 beeps, take a long time to start, then give the first beep and turn on normally. Ehats this issues?
I already cleaned it by removing dust and changing the thermal grease. and continues the same problem.

Have you tried copying the boot.init.txt file from the root of dev_hdd0 to a USB and editing it on the computer? Once you have the .txt file open for editing, there should be a few "wait"/"beep" commands followed by numbers. If I recall, 1 is single-beep 2 is a double-beep and 3 is a quadruple-beep that usally only occurs when there is a database failure or GPU/CPU problems (most common on fats.) but a warning beep could be programmed into any PS3's bootphase like it's normal.

Just make some very minor edits to the .txt file and you should be able to adjust the PS3's bootphase to your liking. You can even add your own custom messages that will appear after the coldboot, just as the full versions of webMAN mod and PS3PRO 5.2 do.
