PS3 PS3 Slim CFW black screen, no safe mode

Hello. i'm having an issue with my PS3 Slim where i'm suddenly unable to get any picture from my console, neither to enter Safe Mode. It only gove the black screen, and one beep with green light when i turn it on, and the another one when it goes off. Fan spins without problems.
I'm using HDMI port and display settings reset with 2 beeps doesn't work. The ps3 just turns off when it beeps 2nd time.
Any solution and what it could be?
I'd like to hear that the chips are ok but...

More info: The LED is green all the time when it is turned on. I tested it for about 20 min, and there wasn't any change as to it. Fan is very quiet all the time, BD drive works well... But HDD activity LED is off all the time. Tried without a HDD, put in another one but the same, nothing on the screen and no way t enter Safe Mode or at least to reset display setings with 2 beeps when I hold the power button down. 1st beep is when it turns on, the second (after ~10 sec) when it turns off. Crazy...
