PS3 PS3 stuck on a screen that instructs me to give an ofw on 4.91 or later

I've been stuck on this screen for hours now, it occurred after updating 4.90 evilnat to 4.91 ofw.
I've tried putting different versions of firmware on my 2gb usb stick, the PS3 detected them but only gave me "Data is corrupt" and "Serious error occured, contact support."
Anyways solutions?
