Do you have the tristate wire connected ?
Im asking because is needed to remove it to allow the PS3 to boot normally, othreway if you try to boot the PS3 with the tristate wire connected is going to stay inactive in a black screen

You should ask for more help in the threads i mentioned, there is people posting in them with a lot more experience about this unbricking procedures than me

But after flash I unconnected the tristate wire I read the all thread you mention but this thread not help me I know only you help me

I see you saying you byte reversed the dump before flashing it back. Had you reversed it before that?
Something else if you're on 4.84 use the 4.84 coreos.

Thanks for quick reply

You shouldn't need to byte reverse your bump before flashing it back unless you already byte reversed it or if it's a software dump.

Dumps made with the e3 are already byte reversed so if you byte reverse it then it's a normal dump. If you flash a normal dump using an e3 you get problems.

Unfortunatelly there is no way to fix it, sometimes the flat cables can be fixed in a cheap way by cutting them and peeling the tips (so they becomes shorter), but cutting the E3 flat cable is not going to work because the lines are tiny, is not posible to solder in it either, so i dont see any way to fix it

Did you get the e3 linker with your kit? Use that instead of the clip. Not sure if there is a proper pinout for your ps3 though. I know @littlebalup was working on it some time ago.
