PS3 PS3 Super Slim WEIRD sound when trying to turn on

I have never heard this sound. As it can be seen on the video attached, I basically cannot start the ps3, for after it makes that sound, it turns off. What does this mean?

I would really appreciate some help. Just trying to f play on my holidays some games I have long wanted to play
 
I dont know if thats what's considered the "ambulance alarm" or not, but I feel that must be a hardware problem or firmware.

Does it boot to recovery mode? You can probably get a syscon log, by doing the method shown here on forum.

To me it does sound as an ambulance alarm. Do you have any information about that? Maybe a forum created here?

It doesn't boot to recovery mode. Not at least through the conventional method (pressing for a long time the power button, the beeps, and that stuff).

I dont know what is that syscon log thing. You say there is a forum on that on this page. How can I search it?
