PS3 System Notifications Broken

Running PS3 super slim with HFW 4.91, HEN 3.1.1, webman and multiman installed.

All of my system notifications look like this and have no text. Everything including trophies look like this and it is pretty annoying. Notification was normal even after install HFW and HEN, but some time after notifications broke. i might have enabled a custom theme in the Hybrid Firmware Tools section not sure if that is the problem. error still occurs after a system check and when HEN is not enabled. any help would be great.

Ok I fixed it on mine. All I did is reinstall the update file for the HFW via recovery mode, reinstall Hen and was even able to apply a Hen hfw tools theme. I think the solution for me would have been not to do a full reboot after installing the theme, but to do a quick reboot. Hope this helps you
