If you have a Custom Firmware compatible PlayStation 3 Model and are running 4.92 Official Firmware and need to Jailbreak for the first time or if you updated your previous CFW installation by mistake to 4.92 OFW. Then the PS3 Toolset will exploit your PS3 via the console's web browser and visiting ps3toolset.com website (see tutorial tab), then once the process has completed you will be able to install a Custom Firmware (such as 4.92 Evilnat) once again or for the first time.
Your PlayStation 3 model must be able to install a CFW, these would be all the FAT models PS3 and Early production Slim Models. The easiest and most effective ways to determine if your PS3 can install a cfw is by visiting the PS3Toolset website from your console and in the upper corner of the screen it will display if your console is compatible for CFW install with a simple YES or NO display. If your console can not install a CFW, then those console should look at the PS3HEN exploit that provides many CFW like features.
This update unfortunately does not include the much anticipated "file manager tool" yet, while its close to seeing a release, developer @bguerville and @esc0rtd3w noticed during testing a bug(s) in the file manager that bguerville wanted to address and fix before the roll-out but also did not want to hold up the 4.92 support release for those in need. So the decision was made for two separate updates, Additional details can be seen in the quote that bguerville provided in the forum found below.

.
Hi all.
The PS3 Toolset was updated to support 4.92 firmware.
The file manager tool isn't available yet in this roll out, esc0 managed to find a few bugs in it for me to fix, it was expected, new tools are always bound to have some however these bugs require a little more time for me to fix them properly and more testing to follow.
I didn't want to make users needing the Toolset for 4.92 jailbreak wait for this extra work to be completed.
Another update will follow in due time to enable the file manager tool.
A little patience..
