PS3 UPDATE 4.85!

To get online with 4.84 put the attached file (txt) in dev_hdd0 (directly in the root).
Note: You need to have WMm for this to work as WMm spoofes the firmware.
This works on CFW and HEN!

It didn't work for me. I'm using Cobra Ferrox 4.82 and Webman. Are there any version considerations regarding those?

Just convert to DEX and you can play online. Make sure to still use PSNpatch plugin with latest webman mod, press R2 + Triangle before signing in.

I've converted to dex, have psn patch installed and still can't go online. I'm a dum dum, so I just know there's sth else I need to do

Probably never, HAN was superceeded by HEN because it allows to do more things

If you have a CFW or HAN/HEN Don't Update Until we Know what's change in this update

I updated my ps3 by accident is ther is any way i can downgrade it to 4.84 at least to play offline for the mean time?

Make sure your NP environment is set to NP and open webman settings go to IDPS & Memory section check both checkbox and make sure the 82 is 84

It doesn't give any protection, You still have the chance of ban whether you spoof or update to 4.85.1 HFW+HEN.

It does lower the risk but doesn't mean you'll be antiban.
