Ps3 won't run any ps2 games, crashes instead.

Hello, i installed everything, hybrid firmware, managunz, managunz fix, ps2 placeholder, ps2 classics, webman and everything else, tried everything and it simply just crashes when i try to run any games plus i get the ps2 game's not supported by the console and i mount.

The fact that he's using "ps2 placeholder, ps2 classics" says to me that he's probably using HEN. As we know, with CFW PS2 backups can be played as ISOs without any additional steps being taken. The only barrier is compatibility, at least in the case of non-BC models. Compatibility could also be an issue here, so I'd advise @Chris Yayo to check the PS2 compatibility list for the PS3.
