PS3 Ps3 xmb games folders/ HEN missing stuff

I downloaded WizWiki store yesterday and I think I messaged with the wrong settings and all I have is the games folder and the game stores I've downloaded. Missing game utility and HEN and everything else. What settings do I need to correct to recover them?

Unofficial PS3 stores are considered piracy (except the homebrew store).
