PS3HEN PS3HEN failing to update to 20.2.0, cannot open games

Today, when I enabled HEN it tried to download a new version (20.2.0) which failed to install. After this, all games give me the error "This content can be used if you renew the license in PlayStation Store." I tried disabling the Internet and the automatic update but this still happens. Any help would be appreciated, I've tried installing OFW to remove HEN then reinstalling HEN but the same issue still occurred.

Did you turn off Auto update system or auto update Hen? You need to turn off auto update hen.

Network > Hybrid Firmware Tools > Maintenance > Toggle Automatic Update

I already said I did that, it didn't fix anything.
