I have webman installed and actually loaded when I first tried the Artemis.
I'm gonna try load webman and see if Artemis works again.
 
I have a problem with webMAN MOD 1.47.20 and I'm going to describe it as well as I can.

I fully restored my PS3 on OFW 4.84 and installed HFW 4.84.2 to load homebrews with HEN. I chose HEN offline, so I didn't have to plug a pen drive each time I booted the console.

I decided to install webMAN MOD 1.47.20 to load my backups, because it's an amazing tool and plugin and it's very fast. The problem comes when I have to plug a pen drive into the console with a file named "boot_plugins.txt" with this content on it: "/dev_hdd0/plugins/webftp_server.sprx". I have the same content on the file "/dev_hdd0/boot_plugins.txt" but it doesn't seem to be working.

I tested it a few times, and the webMAN MOD 1.47.20 only loads successfully when I have "boot_plugins.txt" on my pen drive connected to the right USB port of my PS3 Slim. And yes, I'm enabling HEN before all this happens.

Hope someone could help me. Thank you very much of spending so much time and effort on developing these amazing tools and reviving the PS3 Scene for OFW.

On the "hdd/games" folder ..
..then loaded it from Multiman...

I havent tried to install the Pkg thou....
....Dnt wanna risk anything..
 
...riped a Ps3 disc...no problem..on Multiman..
But when i load a Dvd it doesnt appear in The multiman File explore..
Or on megagunz file explored ..
I want to copy files from dvds like CFW

.

It happens only when I am in the XMB, I just enable HEN and wait a few minutes while a FTP transfer with WebMAN Mod is going on, maybe it's something related to WebMAN or the FTP server? It happened a lot of times, but I have to say that since I started resigning the EBOOT.BIN I don't have seen that issue again, I will try test more this days. Thanks for all the help.
 
Last Irisman 4.84.4 still dont works with PS3 iso games, when you try to launch an iso the PS3 shutsdown. The only manager that actually works with iso is Multiman. I dont have webman installed so the shutdown is not webman related.
 
I installed the mamba HEN, I did not understand the difference, the system became less stable, only to update the webman from the USB flash drive I had to reboot the console 2 times

it uses the same dev_hdd0 mount path as all others for emmc. when hdd is inserted is also uses same mount path. The PS3 will ask you to switch storage, or you can do it manually, it then copies one to the other (emmc -> real hdd or real hdd -> emmc)

also, you cannot count that as a thing you know! lmao ;)

webManMod version 1.47.19 & 1.47.20 both are not working correctly for me. It only seems to work if I keep my USB stick (that has the *.pkg file on it) left in the PS3. otherwise it never loads? Is this a bug or the way it's supposed to work?

most prob WebMAN? seen a lot of ppl have issues here and there with it using HEN, & like I said, I tested FTP with MultiMAN and no problem at all

I am having the same issue. Hope for both of ur sakes someone knows how to fix it.
 
PS3 Black screen occurred by chance in these conditions. 1.play Han games after quit webman mod .2.clicking on movian after quit ISO games. Also I found ps2 games (han converted)can not be played，ps3 just powered off when clicked on the icon.

there is nothing to fix!

the dev_hdd0/boot_plugins.txt DOES NOT get used by HEN

boot_plugins.txt gets read from usb000 by default, same for kernel


EDIT: this used to be displayed above here, but was edited out accidentally

should have said (or a variation)

Plugins Support (Online and Offline Methods)
Place boot_plugins.txt on dev_usb000 if using plugins
Place boot_plugins_kernel.txt on dev_usb000 if using kernel plugins

and my ps3 model is 4312A
