the game is encrypted to iso.bin.enc, then transferred to the ps2 launcher user directory. it will remain there, even after rebooting, 'til you convert another game to iso.bin.enc and replace the original game. I don't know why that's happening to you.
 
Hen is not designed for a startup bootup. If hen does it means it is already cfw. It is not possible as hen only mounts cfw files to the flash means i think it temporarily replaces some files in the flash.

Hello, I'm planning to make one more theme (yellow) I read somewhere that HEN might be yellow? I can maybe try to make a HEN cold boot as well. If I make one and if u agree, will you update this HEN_Theme_Pack_by_Itroublve_Hacker_signed.pkg pkg if I send you the yellow_theme.pkg and add the yellow theme as well?

Tetris is the default game. You might have to delete the one in /dev_hdd0/game/PS2U1000/USRDIR/ISO.BIN.ENC

Remove this on fresh boot and it should work. Webman might need a better check in the future haha

I solved the problem, I think my original file was ... replaced by the default tetris. I don't understand how this could have happened ...

Do we have to sign that PKGs generated by this?!
Or inject some RAF files?
Cause i read something like this?

In Addition Not all Games are working am i right?
Just the ones which are in psn available?
Is NFS Most Wanted PS2 working?

Ive tried generating this pkg already and Installer
But get an "wrong Copyright Information" Message when want to Start it.

I figures out that Irismen HEN Edition is great for moving big files via NTFS Drive but when want to install pkg game it copy it to the
XMB => Package Manager => PlayStation Network Content Section but i want to get that PKG back so where is this directory!?
Searched already on HDD0 but cant find it :(

Its much more efford
And even i didnt get the "Classics Thing"
to work with HEN sadly
But would love to Play the old great PS2 Ones

For ps2 games, follow the compatibility list..

All the games on that list can be converted as ps2 classics..so yes, it can run on Han/Hen. (Respecting the compatibility of course)

in the future we will have a method that does not need to activate the hen? would it be possible that hen was already enabled by default? no need to activate hen when powering ps3?

can someone help me pls ? i`m a noob with all of this...i followed the steps for the instalation with usb but everytime i tried to run hen enabler i get this message "hen failure restart ps3 and retry if stackframe.bin or ps3hen.bin is missing copy them to usb000"

i have all the files in my usb root, have 4.84 hfw and still got this problem, just han is working properly

don`t know if someone asked this already but i`m kinda desperate here ..

1. No need the resign pkg for HEN.
2.The only rif/rap file you need is 2P0001-PS2U10000_00-0000111122223333.rap which is for the PS2 placehoder.
3.I've not tried to covert NFS Most Wanted, so cant help you there. I did try NFS Underground 2 and it did work but it ran at like 15 FPS.

And your last question, I believe the way you are installing packages are moved to the TEMP folder and after you install the .pkg it is automatically deleted.

I hope the developers will install cfw directly to the non downgradable ps3s and the future hen will gonna disable some securities in the ps3 that is the obstacle for installing the cfw.

I don't understand what is so hard about running HEN manaully. It's a "1 click" process and it's done. Sure you can accidentally freeze the PS3 if you run a command that requires HEN when it's not enabled, but all you have to do is reboot and your back in business.

Additionally, I am also pretty confident that the Devs are actively working on ways to minimize these issues in the future so these occurances will happen less and less often. Just give them some time afterall HEN for these systems has only been available for less than a month and look at how far they have come already.

Have you created a PS2 Memory Card?
Well, now you need to assingn a slot. On the MC press Assign Slots and choose a Slot.

That is it.
