Sorry, but that's impossible.
If you do it the right way, it works on every Ps3.
If you understand spanish, I can point you to a youtube video for completly noobs. All xplained step by step with a downloadable file with all needed. And works fawlessly.
It shows how to do it from ofw update to HEN 2.0.0

I dont understand Spanish but am telling you i tried to remove HEN and install it again i tried formatting it did not go away and after that i just installed a new HFW and started fresh but ran into the same problems again not gonna try again
 
Hi guys I am new here. I have modding experience but not in ps3 so it is all new to me. What is the difference between han and hen? If I managed to install the latest hen do I need to install han.

@Marcosbong is right, I had a situation that I had problems with Hen in older version with freezing and black screen problems, when I reinstalled the PS3 to OFW then I installed HFW, installed to last version with all steps done until today it worked

When i try to install iris or webman it comes like this and if i press any button after a error comes it shutdowns and says the system was not shut down properly

Unfortunately I'm not sure. It seems you have done everything I can think of other than reformatting the HDD and reintall everything [firmware/hen]. If you do try reformatting be sure to backup all your game saves.

I don't have any game saves the disk drive is damaged so it was collecting dust in the shelf that's the only plus when it comes to reformatting the hdd

That shutdowns are a clear signal that there's something wrong with HEN installation, but

Disk drive damaged?
Are you using an hdd that had a previous failure ?
If yes, plug it in a Pc and check for integrity first before continue trying to get HEN working
That shutdowns and installation failures could come from a defective hdd
 
Thanks. This is what I needed. One other thing. If I have hen do I need han toolbox? Basically I am trying to install some homebrews and they all install with no error but do not show up in xmb.
